OUR MISSION

 

We help youth set and reach positive goals, and we have successfully implemented a strategy of developing Youth to reach high levels of achievement, enrichment and empowerment goals.

 

 

We offer Dance and Drama Classes for all ages!

 

Movements Unlimited can be contracted

as a service provider for your

School, Church, Civic

or

Community Organization

to assist you with your

Youth and Family Development Needs.

We are a 501 (C) 3 Federal Service Provider.

   Tax Help & Non-Profit Filing Help

Does your Church or Non-Profit need help with filing their 501(c)3 papers with the IRS? Does your organization need help with filing its 990 Tax Form with the IRS? SERVICES

 

 

Movements Unlimited may be contacted by calling 252-220-0624 for performances and workshops for your Church Events, Day Care Centers, Community Fairs, Civic Events or any type of Youth and/or Family event in which you need Story (Living History) Telling, Spoken Word or Interactive Dance and/or Drama Presentations! Plus Dance and Drama Therapy Sessions for staff, youth and family development!

During the summer months we offer a Youth Enrichment and Empowerment Summer Skills Program. Also during the summer months we offer a Organic Life-Skills Garden Program for Youth and Families!

     Mission of The Program
 
Providing teens and young adults with the fundamental principles of personal development and the resources to help them reach their full potential and new levels of achievement.

 

 

Project Statement:

 

Movements Unlimited Young Adult Personal Development Program                                This program serves the following:

·        Address negative and self-destructive “systems” and belief systems” that have been internalized by youth and young adults.

·        Develop help-seeking and problem-solving patterns (e.g., anger management, pro-social behaviors) for youth and young adults that will enable them to improve their lives.

·        Restore and reinforce the message that doing good matters, and when it is understood and internalize, it can lead to positive, healthy and life-sustaining experiences and out comes.

·        Promote a positive view and definition of what Manhood and Womanhood truly is.

·        Develop and promote activities that will enhance the life-options and life-opportunities for youth and young adults.
